ADJUNCT Professor
Since 2021

For more than four years, Kristen Geez has served as an adjunct professor at the community college level, teaching Intro to Business and Intro to College Learning Frameworks within the School of Business and Humanities. Her classrooms are designed specifically for two audiences: first-generation college students navigating higher education for the first time, and adult learners returning to college after the age of 40. She teaches students how to connect their interests to a skills pathway, choose a direction, secure mentors, pursue internships, and see themselves as capable of completing what they started. The same philosophy driving her nonprofit work drives her classroom: every person deserves someone in their corner connecting the dots between where they are and where they are going.
Doctoral Candidate
Expected Spring 2027

Kristen is a doctoral candidate at Oral Roberts University pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership with an emphasis in Strategic Foresight. She is completing her coursework in December 2026 and walking in May 2027. Her doctoral research connects youth practitioners and business leaders through the lens of the work she has built across AGZ Foundation, exploring how regions can use existing community infrastructure to prepare for the global generational workforce shift before 2036. Her degree is not separate from her mission. It is the academic foundation underneath everything she builds.
