In 2024, Kristen began a partnership with FCCP Property Management Group to develop G-WIZ Adventures on 35 acres within the 215-acre Bison Ranch & Retreats in Wise County, Texas. G-WIZ Adventures is a five-phase, eight-year development project, and the first agriculture-based Generational Workforce Infrastructure Zone in Texas. It's also a replicable model, built to activate in any region.

G-WIZ Adventures serves young people from K-12 to career entry, professionals climbing the ladder, and those transitioning out. Its two core components are biannual Young Leaders in Training Day Camps for youth, and professional development and workforce readiness training for adults at every career level. Behavior intervention, workforce exposure, and agriculture-based hands-on learning are all built into the land.
