About kristen
From School Bully
to Building Frameworks
Kristen helps stakeholders see it is our joint mission to ensure every generation understands the role they play.
Kristen Geez is a globally recognized generational enthusiast, serial entrepreneur, EdTech innovator, content creator, professor, futurist, international speaker, workforce architect, and ranch developer. Over the past 16 years, she has built initiatives, resources, and leadership development tools for youth professionals, educators, business leaders, and community organizations. She helps regions transition, brings unity into communities, and prepares stakeholders for the global generational workforce shift occurring between and 2036.
In 2010, Kristen launched Advising Generation Z (AGZ) Foundation at age 21 out of a deep passion for the young people no one else was reaching. That 501(c)(3) nonprofit now has four signature programs and two initiatives, serving over 30,000 Gen Z and Gen Alpha youth ages 8 to 26 nationally since its founding.
In 2020, Kristen delivered her TEDx Talk, sharing how she went from being a school bully to building the frameworks now used by schools and organizations across the country. She knows these young people because she was one of them.
In 2021, she designed the AdvisingGenz digital learning platform, built in partnership with Pyramid Technology Solutions and Cox Media. It offers 54 lessons and 17 video courses in two languages, giving youth-serving organizations an alternative disciplinary resource for youth ages 10 to 24.
In 2022, Kristen launched the Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ), a 12-stage culture transformation initiative that has activated 318 learning labs across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, reaching 7,400 young people through schools, courts, and community programs.
In 2023, Kristen was selected among 250 global social impact leaders by the Clinton Global Initiative.
In 2024, she began a partnership with FCCP Property Management Group to develop G-Wiz Adventures: the first agriculture-based Generational Workforce Infrastructure Zone in Texas, on 35 acres within the 215-acre Bison Ranch & Retreats in Wise County.
In 2026, AGZ launched the Classroom to Career Initiative. This bilingual career readiness program connects secondary students to 10 essential industry pathways, targeting 14,000 youth across 60 locations by 2036.
As an adjunct professor, Kristen teaches college freshmen and sophomores, many of whom are first-generation students. She designs interactive classroom routines to help these students find their career, lock into school culture, and secure an internship before graduation. As a servant leader and skilled connector, Kristen helps stakeholders see that it is our joint mission to ensure every generation understands the role they play in creating thriving, future-ready societies.
