Advising Generation Z Foundation provides support, resources, and leadership development tools for youth and young adults who are falling through the cracks of education, criminal justice, and community systems. Through a safe and structured environment, AGZ gives young people ages 8 to 26 the tools to elevate their voices, overcome obstacles, and step up as the leaders the next generation needs them to be. Kristen launched AGZ at age 21 in November 2010. It now has four signature programs and two active initiatives operating across multiple states.
