What Kristen Is Most Known For
Designing future-ready approaches
for the generational shift that's already underway.
Kristen is most known for designing future-ready approaches for youth professionals and business leaders to prepare their organizations and surrounding communities for the 2026–2036 global generational workforce shift. Kristen developed the main framework for these approaches through her doctoral studies in 2024. She then successfully piloted it across organizations in three southern states. Now she helps cross-sector stakeholders create unified approaches toward securing the future for their region or industry. Through her Generational Readiness Assessment and Generational Processing Tool, organizations don't just learn what's coming. They learn exactly what to do about it.
